According to L’Equipe (via Lyon Foot), Les Gones had agreed a deal with Fulham for Nuamah, who recorded three goals in 33 appearances in the 2023-24 campaign. “That’s the biggest challenge here,” Plumley exclusively told Goodison News.
“It’s something that previous, failed takeovers in the end, but certainly with the individuals that were involved that wasn’t something that needed to be sorted out in the early stages.Until some of that is paid off, the Premier League are unlikely to approve any potential takeover from Textor, as was the case for 777 Partners in the past.
Selling his shares in Palace may be the billionaire’s primary issue at this moment in time, but there will still be a whole lot of work to be done even after a buyer is found.
